the multiplayer plugin is not compatible with latest 1.5.3 version so you need to select 1.4.0 in game's properties tab in steam and let game downgrade to 1.4.0 ver.

I said in description that this mod would only work for TDMP and also put a link to website. If you're sure you've been played latest version of TDMP with no other issues, please ensure this mod is enabled.

If still not working then you could tell me what exactly is going on (in detail)
