From the patch notes "Addressed an oversight wherein some Dark Fortresses were unable to build walls, resulting in unintended field battles." looks like they fixed it.

Huh I figured that was included with your tier 3 walls returned. Would love if you could perhaps make a combo version of it so the files will together in the right order.

That's how it should be by default, since the default load order is alphabetical.

I found a solution: it's just that the loading priority of this mod should be higher than Tiers 3 Wall Returned

Yes, but if i disable the mod Tiers 3 Wall Returned or this mod everything works fine, but they don't work together

With this mod i get infinite loading when i start the game
