Woah. This is really crazy, in a good way. This thing is very unique compared to the other flare guns, and I don't think I've ever even seen something like it in the workshop. It really stands out for creativity.
Besides that, it looks pretty cool, I like the simple colors, and the little blow torch strapped onto the bottom. Very nice.
Even though I'm tired of Valve not giving the Pyro new shotguns, I'd love to see another flare gun in the game if it's this one.

+25 health
+20% damage
+minicrits become crits
-100 ammo
alt-fire:use 25 ammo and launch paint that blind the enemy for a few seconds

Same as wertyrules but with 10% chance to set on fire, to balace the overspeed.

Fires multicoloured fireballs (burning paintballs).

a faster flare gun 50 in clip 1/2 chance to get set on fire, also does 10 damage

The only thing I'd add is a little bit more color. Maybe a nice team-colored flame decal along the side, or at least a color label on the paint can on top?
