It's big, but it's a commissioned asset and the person who requested it wanted it just the way it is, not everything is a restaurant in the building, most of it is offices, but it stayed that way

The Canadian version of A&W is separate from the American one. They split in the 1970s, first to a British company, then a Canadian one.
