The point to make it paintable it makes more simple and less original if someone makes a variation of this , I think is better without it.

Great concept but the eyes and skin feels way too detailed, I suggest making the skin look a bit closer to the Cobbler Chameleons, not particularly scaly looking but has a bit of small scale like details here and there, the eyes, I can't really say but I'm sure there's a way to make it look better
