I see you've adjusted the boosted thruster fuel consumption and thrust output before. At this point, the large boosted thruster outputs +50% thrust for +100% fuel consumption versus vanilla large H2 thruster. That feels meaningfully different.
You've consistently kept the small boosted thruster at +2-3% thrust increase for +44% fuel use rate. By now I assume it's deliberate design choice. Am I missing a useful reason why to ever use the small boosted thrusters?
(I could see one of 1) proportional +50% thrust +100% fuel use, +33% thrust +67% fuel use, or +25% thrust +50% fuel etc, or 2) disproportionally less efficient +40% thrust +100% fuel use or similar b/c smaller vanilla is less power efficient while denser and more volume efficient.)
Not a criticism, just asking to understand the small boosted thruster's role in your design scheme!
In addition it would have to be a whole new mod variant of these and id rather keep them to my one mod, sorry

1.85% more thrust for 100.5% more fuel
Now:
LARGE: 7.80 MN for 5.78 kL/s
8% more thrust for 19.9% more fuel (prolly 20% with rounding)
SMALL: 1.10 MN for 1160.0 L/s
1.85% more thrust for 44.44% more fuel (prolly 45%)
- collisions fixed on all variants
- Boosted fuel consumption amounts tweaked to hopefully promote more value
And I like the idea of a very fuel hungry thruster for big thrust
my world is quite modded and when i load back into it - any thrusters i placed are gone. the flame is there, the thrust is there, the actual thruster model is not there. i recolor the thruster and POOF it reappears.
I can look into the economy flame length- My idea was that since they burn less fuel their flame wouldnt be as visible but i can happily tweak it!

Absolutely love the look of these! My only gripe are the Boosted thrusters, I went and calculated the Newtons of force and the fuel consumed for all the thrusters and compared them to the normal, these are my findings, found in PART 2 comment.
LARGE Boosted: Not the worst . . . think the fuel consumtion is a nice number maybe bump to 30% more fuel and give a 40% more thrust, some higher numbers on both ends would make this super nice.
SMALL Boosted: This . . . is . . . bad. It's so bad in fact, it looks like it bugged/glitched from what was intended. Or some weird scaling happened when converting from large to small thruster. This definitely needs a change, it is detrimental to use these.
NOTE: These are all large grid, SMALL and LARGE are referring to the Small and Large versions of the Hydrogen Thrusters.
LARGE:
Normal: 7.2 MN, 4.82 kL/s
Armoured: 7.2 MN, 4.82 kL/s
Economy: 7.2 MN, 3.21 kL/s
Boosted: 7.8 MN, 6.11 kL/s
Boosted: 0.6 more MN (8%), uses 1.29 more kL/s (25%)
25% more fuel for 8% more thrust
Economy: uses 1.61 less kL/s (33%)
33% less fuel for the same thrust, but costs thruster comps, honestly this is PERFECT.
SMALL:
Normal: 1.08 MN, 803.34 L/s
Armoured: 1.08 MN, 803.34 L/s
Economy: 1.08 MN, 482.01 L/s
Boosted: 1.10 MN, 1610.0 L/s
Boosted: 0.02 MN (1.85%), 806.6 more (100.5%)
100.5% more fuel for 1.85% more thrust
Economy: uses 321.33 less L/s (31%)
Rounding could result in this being 33%, but again, perfect.
