Kagrenac is it outside whiterun or inside ? Because the tome isn't located in either of those 2. Why isn't it there ?

Can you make it cost a proper amount? With my skyrims difficulty, this would actually be perfectly balanced if it would just cost, honestly whatever amount of magicka 1k,2k,3k it really dont matter to me, and expert or maybe master level of course.

@LORRA i was worried about that too and it apparently does :( its a loud sound that happen when you continue to fire... but on the bright side you shouldny have to use it that long on enemies because its so powerful

Does the spell have a nice sound? I'm afraid that since the spell will continue to fire, it might get a little bit noisy and anoying.
