It could be related to spawning 10 projectiles (according to the console, these are trying to change their collision via a callback twice) and deleting a bathtub and seat all at once somehow pushes my game over the maximum amount of data allowed by my connection, despite playing in Singleplayer Sandbox. It must be because Source can only be single OR multi, not both (which would explain why HL2: Deathmatch is a separate product from HL2). Worth noting is that it only happens with addons enabled, though I'm not sure of the exact number required.

I haven't gotten around to checking the bathtub blaster's explosion again, so I can't comment on that just yet.
I am familiar with unused weapon models causing crashes. I did note the liquid PTSD launcher's worldmodel fittingly crashing the game, but I removed it early in development so that shouldn't be the case anymore.

There seems to be some sort of memory leak associated with the rideable bathtub's explosion, I'm being forcibly disconnected by it after the EULA update today. May or may not be related to Vee's issue.

As the creator of PTSD 1 & 2, I finally had a chance to try this addon, and I gotta say, its really incredible, and well put together.

Each weapon functions in a way, that I had imagined they would, or rather, should have worked in PTSD 1 & 2, but sadly we were unable to do so at the time, so most stuck to basic reskins.

I had a lot of chuckles going through each weapon, and their special attacks, its a great addon, and I suggest anyone looking for wacky, unique guns, to try this!
