I don't think this is a very fitting cosmetic for someone like engineer. Also i think dinosaur related cosmetics for the mercs has been done multiple times already. I think something that further relates to who engineer is as a person and his culture would better suit as a cosmetic concept.

Don't see what part of Engineer's character relates to dinosaurs.
Also we have the Prehistoric Pullover already, which is all class.
But still, very good modeling, keep it up!
