I'm getting missing textures on the locomotives lights and a top part on "set2_loco3" including a missing texture on "balcony2" and the wallings of "carriage1-3", is there something I need to download?

Just to add on to Schrillowins' comment - All you need is my train prop, two bogies axis'd to a spot underneith, and a thruster to make it go forward and back. It is as simple as I can physically make it. I can't do LUA/scripting, so making it an entity is out of the question I'm afraid. I believe addons such as Sligwolf's trains include a bogie you can attach yourself and that functions properly.

Schrillowins - There are no wheels built in, they are pre-made props that require a bogie (or 'wheel truck)' to make them work. I'm not very good at bogie designs, hence why I have not made any. I might look into it in the future.

ComicalBonzo - There is no special way to set them up. You're making them just fine, so there may be another issue; it could be the weight of the props is uneven, e.g. the bogies are 5000 but my prop is 50,000 for example. Another way could be connecting them at the bogies, instead of where a train typically would connect. I personally ballsocket them from the centre of the back of the bogie to the centre of the back of the other bogie. I found in my experience when I connect trains via the actual train itself they are buggy and fling off tracks.

is there any special steps to setting these up because i put them on magnums bogeys and they like to shake sometimes and thus jumping the tracks, ive never built my own freight/passenger cars before so im not sure the exact process of making them work so i could just be dumb.

where are they? and do they have wheels built in and move on their won?

There are no pre-built, I mean you could argue this is the pre-built. I have no dupes I could offer honestly, all you need to do is find the bogie/wheel truck of your choice, and just axis it on, and then ballsocket the bogies to each other to form your train. Each piece is essentially just 3 props, I physically can't make it easier lol

Not to be that guy but are there any pre built carriages? Like in the form of dupes and whatnot? I'm not keen on Trainbuild or building in Gmod in general
