The modpack has been out of date for quite a while and I'm not maintaining it anymore. If it even still starts up, I'd be surprised

No idea, that's not much info to go on. I'm not a programmer, but if you have error logs, I can try to guess at what's wrong

i downloaded the pack and had no problem playing for the first 30min now my game is permanetly below 10 TPS, even when starting a new world, any idea what may be the cause?
