4. exit to main menu
Didn't get an Achievement popup but Boris is unlocked.

Sadly it didn't work. Gave me a different achievement for Kislev.

Works perfectly fine:

- Installed as only DLC
- Enabled in Total War Launcher
- Start Realms of Chaos Campaign as Kislev, Katarin

As soon as the campaign loaded the achievement popped up. I then backed out and checked the immortal empires and Boris is unlocked.

tried starting a new campaign but didnt get any achievement

just thank you, must be launched not in mortal campaign. i wasted so much time in immortal run lol

It is working. As it says, you need to start/load a campaign and it'll unlock Boris (and you also need to enable it in the launcher).

Works. Make sure you enable it in the Total war Launcher.

Worked for me fine.

Turned off all other mods. Started a new Chaos Wastes campaign as the Ice Court and achievement unlocked itself in the background without me having to do anything.

How do I use this? It's not working for me.

Not working for me as of 1-8-2024. SFO Mod and VH/H difficulty and it's turn 234. Trying to cheat and unlock him because it refuses to allow the quest to spawn even though I own everything.

This is the only mod ive ever given a "take all my points" too.
Look, i like unlockable characters and factions. I love it. In fact, if ca finally releases a good historical id love to see it return....

but when HOW you do it is basically hidden aside from "complete this quest" and then you look it up and do the requirements.... on the wrong campaign (yes, i did it in IE)... well it can be a bit annoying. I mean seriously, i beat the campaign and STILL didnt get the dude. :/

Does not work for me. As Kostaltyn/Katerina on RoC/IE starting/loading a campaign. Nothing. I played IE as Katerina holding all cities for 50 turns also. Too sad.

Can confirm, still working. Just start Kislev campaign and it will unlock.

Mod is still working for me, I started a brand new campaign after installing (I started on Kostaltyn though I dont think it matters) and immediately got the achievement/unlock

The mod seems to have stopped working with the new DLC installed.

@Serapione Boris is a playable faction in the vanilla game, and this mod just allows you to use him without playing a Kislev campaign to unlock him.

After a while of trying the mod, I wanted to come back with the vanilla game, but unfortunately even though I uninstalled the mod, Boris is always there when I start a campaign with Kislev. I tried in every way to obscure Boris again, but I couldn't. Could you tell me which file your mod installs, so as to allow me to delete them or where to go to act to obscure it?

worked for me. you have to choose Realms of Chaos as Katarin. The achievement will be done.

worked for me. You can't load into IE. It has to be realms of chaos. That's why it does not work for some people.

Worked first time for me, i disabled all my other mods and only had this one enabled, started Realm of Chaos as Katarin and the achievement popped up soons as i loaded in and he had unlocked.
