Where/how did you get the Brick walls that you used, they look great but sadly do not match with the red brick walls from other mods which makes it really annoying to mess with the exterior base design.
It would be really awesome if there was some way I could go about changing the Red brick walls from More Builds mod for example, to this orange brick so I could build with impunity. Any suggestions?

The mod looks great I just like to be sure if it works in local hosted multiplayer sever for me and my friend :D and thanks for your hard work on mods by the way <3.

I have tested, and found no problem whatsoever with the third floor. Other than you have to create access.
All I said was a specific to my end and my mod compilation, and had nothing to do with this mod. I had to clear this.
May i ask what about the third floor? I have seen the windows, from outside.
No entrance anywhere. I have hacked, sledge stairs floor from the outside, and from the inside with Dev. Some boxes with jewelry, huge emty space perfect.
2 Things thou, from inside the stairs become unclimbable. Ladders to, you fall off. and also the save rolls back to before getting into 3rd floor whats up with that?
Doesn't conflict with any of the other many mods I use including West Point Expansion and Lighthouse ect.

The method I used to check is to search all the modfiles for files named 37_23.lotheader where 37 and 23 are derived from your cell info above.

since this question comes up more often i will try to make this clearer in all my mods.
I have tested both mods several times, both individually and together. the two mods also use different cells
so I'm not sure how to help with your problem.
make sure you set the mods up correctly on the server and that you also enable the mods locally (like activating them in the SP). in the "Helpful" discussions I might have a link or two that might help.
if you want to integrate the mods into an existing savegane i can only recommend a new savegame. There are ways to integrate map mods into existing games, but I can't give any support for this.

Yeah it was weird I had it completely cleared out yet more zombies were suddenly inside.

to the cafeteria, I just took a closer look at it. they are actually glass walls but it seems that the north corner of the room is opaque.
to be clear the wall is transparent but it casts a shadow.
Furthermore, the wall is missing from one of the doors even if the frame is installed.
i will fix that...
Regarding the spawning of the zombies, can you explain that in a bit more detail?
in the mod i only specified areas outside the building as spawns. but even those shouldn't respawn.
Maybe it has something to do with the settings that are made when you start a game.
I'm trying to find out more about this.
I have some concerns..
First off I love this Fire Department you created. I forgot it was even a modded place but I randomly picked it and wowza its awesome.
Now my concern...the cafe looking room in the upper north east part has walls I cannot seem to replace after accidentally destroying them because I thought they were glass walls...I know silly me but if you could tell me what those walls are id be very pleased.
The next trouble is due to it being modded in that zombies keep spawning in...Do you have advice on how to stop that?

I can't give you an exact plan of what or where I'll add next, but as long as I enjoy it and have enough time I'll make more mods.
Regarding your suggestion, I've thought about putting something there, but I haven't come up with anything suitable yet.
I had the following ideas so far...
- a large farm
- an "OP"/endgame base
- a military base
However, I will not place any buildings that have already been created elsewhere. If so, I will create similar buildings that are slightly different.
so if you have specific suggestions/ideas about the area let me know.
