Good mod, but Oregon does not get the choice to refuse annexation by Washington, I was making good progress in my civil war looking forward to the tree following but the event for annexation popped up and even though the one and only choice says "We would rather retain our sovereignty." clicking it ends your game immediately. I was fairly disappointed to say the least.
