Maybe instead of the pikmin, just the Leaf, Bud and Flower as hat cosmetic (with something to attach to the classes' head, as well, but not a pikmin). The Leaf, Bud and Flower would be styles.

isnt that illegal to accept this without nintendo's permission? i mean parody cosmetics are ok but this one looks like actual promo stuff

My advice is you can keep the pikmin idea. But make it so it's a pikmin incarnation that would exist in the tf2 world. similar to other cosmetics that reference other things but fit the style of the game
