It wouldn't hurt to give it an attempt. All gooner crap aside. The audio does make it easier to understand what they're saying. But I get it. Steams BS can be really annoying.

It most likely isn't difficult (same engine, same audio file manifest iirc), but I am not dealing with source steam workshop policy anymore. Too many blacklisted files, too many failed uploads, too much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Im just tired of it.

I believe porting it to hl2 is, like, a question of Ctrl+C Ctrl+V, but I don't know.
