Srry NAgamer, my big gpu died recently, even if I tried, igpu just isn't enough to work with maps like this one. You can also learn how to do that yourself, and make an addon! It is not hard :)

That's a problem of "Background NPC's" addon. There's no way for me to determine rotation.

some of the cars that automatically spawn with background npc mod, spawn sideways in the street and break the traffic

Надо сначала поставить нужный транспорт, например грузовик. Затем, под ним, смотря на землю, поставить энтити. Энтити привяжется к транспорту и будет им управлять.

да мод у меня включен, сами энтити машин пытаюсь заспаунить, а они не появляются, путь на карте есть

Ещё нужен мод Decent Vehicle, собственно его поддержка здесь и добавляется, для этой карты.
