half slope spotlight mount point is bugged, it is placed on the center of the block and not the half, I cannot mount an LCD panel to it.

mr spagetty. it's common bug in SE. LAST Block mod on list got issues with rendering objects. only fix I figured out would be removing Level of Details models, but That would infleance greatly perfomance. Keen know about this bug for several years already, maybe they will fix it one day.

ive noticed that the long interior light double (and possibly others just i have only used the long double) seem to go invisible after reloading a world, they do reapair after being ground by a build stage though

Can you please add the new spotlight blocks that came in the last Keen update to your block groups in the G menu? They don't seem to be in any groups anymore when using your mod.

mod has problem with flickering lights that other mods dont, other then that it works fine

@karlthorsten89. its issue with build stages. it should load collision shape of ready block, but sometimes it loads collision from build stages. I solved that in most lights, but recently I saw this with lights with disabled collision. After welding and restart it should be ok. I will not mod untill Fall as I am in middle of work season so I am making lot of overhours and I am WAY to tired to do anything.

Some of the lights count as FULL BLOCKS, so it's impossible to go underneath them. Please look into it.

In this mod there are problems with the layout of lamps and spotlights. Some blocks come separately to get from the menu G. When a long game with this mod and frequent construction, you will understand what I mean.
I wish this problem could be fixed because the mod is really good

Not sure whats causing it but the Sphere Light model disappears when the worlds reloaded.. The collision box is still present but you have to deconstruct and reconstruct them to see the model again.

WC sets searchlight range to something like 3m because people complained about PvP balance. I don't PvP, I honestly don't understand any of it. You could ask for details on the WC discord.

It's weaponcore that breaks searchlights. On purpose, I might add. The PvP players whined about it.

Why the spotlight's light suddenly ends on the corner of the circle? there is no fading around it, and it looks very bad.

@delphin, it is bug related to old mwm builder. I am rn crunching other mods necessary to relaunch server, but I will soon return to rebels lights and re-export them, AN addd new content, as for now partially prepared (new variants of lights panels, neon letters,few additional lights and some variants of rotating lights/spotlight turrets)

there is a bug, where when i load into a world, all lights are invisible, but if i rejoin the lights show up again, also when i build new ones while the others are invisible, the new ones show up correctly

Also, side note. Could you please buff the long interior lights to have the same stats as the interior lights and not similar to that of the corner lights, please? I want to use them but they don't have a 20 meter range and spamming lights is never a good idea.

Just wanted to let you know that the long interior lights aren't configured properly, lights have it so the offset travels along the forwards direction (checked with Build Info) and your lights have their forward direction set to what would usually be a corner lights "Right" direction, meaning that the light source is also actually 0.5 off of the center of the light by default (looks wrong once you see it) and travels in a weird direction when adjusted.

Ideally you'd make it so the offset travels along what is currently the Long Interior lights "Up" direction, meaning that long interior lights could be placed on high vaulted ceilings and offset down so light actually hits the floor.

Are there any plans to add any more blocks to this mod? If so, I had a couple of suggestions/requests: A 1x2 slope base with lights that face the same direction as the low side if the block, similar to the 1x2 tip. Also, some light poles with a moveable beam?

I am finishing other mods necessary for server start, basically 3 blocks a day, when server is running lights are my priority.

Glad to hear there's a fix coming, I'll leave my mysterious floating light orbs in place and wait for the update :). The shader folder delete seemed to fix it briefly, btw - but very briefly. I seriously love how the light pole/sphere models fit so nicely whether you are going for an old fashioned, high tech, or even alien vibe - so nice-looking and flexible when not invisible.

Good idea.I am busy rn with finishing few other mods and block required for start of Rebels server, But idea is really good. On the other note, There is finally solution to LOD bug. in february I will reexport all blocks so that should fix this annoying bug.

There's no good Side mounted armored camera mods... but your slope lights are really great looking, a couple minor tweaks to the models and they would make great camera blocks...

@atomic dash. mostly I am finishing all projects related to rebels-games server, after STart of server (overall 400 custom blocks maded in 5 years) I will start releasing (as promotion) partially those packs to workshop with vanilla balance. ie, Rebels weapons, (weapon core pack with custom weapons), rebels logistic (custom conveyor system + cargoes + tanks), later my cockpits, maybe power generation (windturbines/solars) etc. You can look on Twitch for streamers like Gleebtorin, PooPooCreed or SlayersJay who use my unlisted streamer/beta pack with lot of blocks I am preparing for future mods or I created for server

@Archan79 for some reason Keen wont allow the re-writing of modded research, even if you alter the load list.

Its actually frustrating when you are trying to mod vanilla progression.

If I was you I would leave progression out of your mod.

@Mr Magnificent uuuh... sorry bout that. Idea was to adjust range toward my lights and fix icons of vanilla. I am busy with really big project rn, But I wanna add progression config to my mod, maybe it will fix it. It wasn't something I was focused on as I considered vanilla progression only good for new players (less confusing progress), but overall as minor annoyance

Amazing Mod.. but... you've replaced Vanilla Lights which means any custom progression systems made this mod causes them to bork beyond repair.

@Chronos Phantom To temporary fix this issue: delete content in folder %appdata\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\ShaderCache2
It should fix problem with similar issues for some time. And often most influenced is last block mod installed.

and oddly, after a second loading of the save the lights I previously mentioned end up not being invisible.
