It seems like an interesting concept. If you could make the animations, and make a video showcasing how the weapon would look, you'd get all of the TF2 community kissing your feet.

This belongs to a Scout. This weapon should be held with both hands, otherwise the Scout would be smacking himself in the face everytime he misses a swing.
