won't spawn

I've been having the same issue with them refusing to spawn in. Maybe a land value issue?

Is anyone else having issues with this not spawning in game automatically? Even if it's the only asset in the build style

Rowhomes, or Row Houses, are in dense City areas, like Philly and New York city OR in small Towns, built in long block-length rows. "Town Houses" are more of a "suburban" thing, medium-density, usually duplex, triplex, or quadplex semi-detached single family homes, in smaller developments or "communities", usually with large car-park areas, and sometimes with community ammenities, like open-spaces or parks.

@djnellz215913ko I am also from Philly, for what it's worth.
I disagree more with your assessment that "Townhouse is bigger, like Manhattan's rowhouses." I usually hear "townhouse" when people are referring to places like this [goo.gl].

I am from Philly and studied architecture. I think I would know if there is a difference.

Anyways, @smilies great asset as always.

I'll roleplay as a UK resident and call them terraces.

@Boxturtle88 No. Two different types if houses on the east coast.
Townhouse is bigger, like Manhattan's rowhouses.

these also are referred to as townhouses
