For some reason, this mod results in most of country portraits being generic ones.

There seems to be a compatability issue with Road to 56, at least the beta out that works with no step back. Research Tree wont open.

Portrait change was done intentionally. For some reason, I couldn't find the usual Hitler portrait and had to change it.

realistic peace-out mods are so nice. it often feels like in order to gain even one state you're gonna be locked into total war until 1956.

some decisions for forming a japanese far east administration and an option to peace out with russia if you hold the east for like 6 months or something would be cool. Giving menguko cores on mongolia and tuva would be cool as well because I think that they were supposed to be a mongolian state anyway.

Try using either only the RK one or the Japanese one. The two probably have conflicting files. I am currently working on a way to merge to two into one mod.

Yeah, we put like 5 new mods today, my friend and I use the exactly same list, music mods included (even tho that doesn't change anything normally), and we tried taking out every new mod, and we only could fix that problem taking out both of your mods (Both this and RKs)

Have you tried checking each other’s version, used mods, and checksum? Clearing the cache may also help. If that doesn’t fix it, then it probably is the mod.
