I have just started looking at Biotech, this race might be a good fit (wings, face flaps, etc). We'll see!

I don't use Empire, but I'll see what I can do. This was converted from a very old mod so it's possible there's some old/redundant/broken XML.

Seems to conflict with the Empire mod. whenever i have just this and empire installed (along with the essentials (harmony, humanoid alien races, and the mod manager itself) On starting a game, no colonists or animals ever appear.
