FOR SOME REASON having tracers enabled changes the behavior of bullet penetration, which sometimes means that a surface that would stop bullets at a range without tracers on, won't stop shit with them off

ok so it also sendss them flying back at mach 12 if you shoot them with any vanilla weapon

it would be nice if you could figure out a way to decrease the energy transmitted to the ragdoll, because currently if you attach the impen rod to a ragdoll, then hit that rod with any bullet from any modded weapon (havent tested vanilla), the ragdoll goes flying away at mach 17 and is split into 22 pieces

i expected it to be a maybe, cuz there will definitely be some issues making the kevlar plate 3 armor, because... well... theres still splash damage... but its still a rlly good idea since almost all of the mods i have for armor... well... they usually dont even stop the ak, deagle/handcannon, snipers, revolver, and sometimes not even the regular pistol! but you... YOU... know how to make bulletproof material
