不過遇到一個小問題，在我僱用了星之誓約地無論領袖也好，科學官也好~圖像都會被覆蓋掉
用了重製圖繪也還是一下被覆蓋掉了，mod順序也是照著來的~

You can use StarTech AI to solve the issue. I ran the game for 50 years with it and it worked fine, the empires expanded. I also changed empires to another one with the console, dismissed all the scientists from a country and they hired them back and expanded fine.

I was seeing some issues with initializing triggers with the Nirvana Empire mod, but they got solved by putting StarTech AI before.

Any way to fix the AI not hiring leaders?

@knieger you can see your wish points when clocking on the red circle, the middle icon on the right and you get them by leveling star oath leaders. And the Star Hub Assistant position has been removed in the last update afaik.

弄明白了，读档后内阁界面按钮卡在原地了，开关一遍内阁就行了

I mentioned earlier that allocating points to the Council skill doesn't activate it, but it seems it was actually caused by updates in other mods. Sorry for any confusion.
