They aren't updating this mod. They are making a Vanilla Quests Expanded mod to replace this one though.

A couple weeks (ish) ago they said it was almost done, but were waiting to release Gravships Expanded first.

Do all of us a favor, read a little before you ask yet again when this mod will be updated to 1.6, or why it's taking so long, or if you can play this with 1.6 even without an update. Those questions have all been answered multiple times, it'll just take a few seconds of your life to do a quick scan through the comments section.

Jesus use common sense people.

Do not use outdated mods on 1.6 because even if it doesn't crash outright, it may corrupt your save at some point, causing irreversible damage. This is one of our most code-wise heavy mods, we're literally remaking it because it was completely broken and unmanageable on 1.5. I dread to think what this mod will do with your save on 1.6.

didn't crash for me but it does make starting or loading a game impossible for me sadly.

I love this and figured it was just being put on the backburner because it's a LOT of content, and then I hear it's getting retooled into a Vanilla Quest Expanded?

Now I'm super excited, I can't wait to fly in my gravship from vault to vault outfitting it with anti-drop-pod weaponry!

@generic hooman moat.gg: I recommend you get a good VPN and use it. Personally I recommend Proton or Mullvad.

I'm sorry the OSA has screwed you over like this, and I'm sorry you're being geolocked, but as I explained in the post, I will be taking steps to ensure you can see what the mod adds - notably adding all the infographics into the mod itself so you can view it on github. I will also be experimenting with other image hosts going forward.

I will NOT be updating infographics on mods already released - it's thousands of images I simply won't be reuploading because they still work for most the world, and I do not have the time in a day to do that.

I'd love to ensure that everyone has the same friction-less access to the mods, but I also need to think about how much work I'm willing to put into it, and reuploading all the old infographics just isn't in the cards.

Can we all wait? It was said in their roadmap the updated version of this mod is in active development, and that was in august. Im sure once VE: Gravships releases and the VE team can put all of their effort into VE: Ancients it will come soon. The best thing to do for now is to just wait.

Even ignoring the fact that imgur has been going to ♥♥♥♥ for years and I wouldn't trust it for a whole lot to begin with before the osa turned up, and others also trying to push their own osa.

Just making it so everyone everywhere has the same friction-less access to mod info would be really nice, especially since the only options are walls of text, which'll likely be glossed over by some people, even if it doesn't come close to the cap, or images.

I didn't even know imgur had done this until last week when I got slapped in the face with what amounted to a geoblock after trying to access an imgur link elsewhere, and now it turns out I'm utterly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ I am despite not having used imgur for years when it just so happens that just about every image here is hosted from imgur.
