hi! bit late but i did some research, and for the NPCs to work, they must be placed in a subfolder in the Images folder named TownNPCS, and the pngs have to be named a certain way, E.G Guide_Default.png or Merchant_Default.png rather than NPC_22 and such :) hope that helps! i'd love to see this be updated again:steamhappy:

I updated the description with everything in the pack!!! Enjoy :)) I just wish I knew how to change the NPCs.
