Red Dragon Thank you very much. Sorry for late reply. In SC you can enable/disable gameplay mechanics via initiatives (such as "Committed Coalition" which will make the Coalition Soldiers stay forever).

That bug thing. I think I encountered this too. I have no idea what causes it, but I know how to deal with it. Just save and load the game when this bug shows up. After that, the zone should be able to be taken over.
As for the balance, I'll try to do something about it, but I have a problem with that. My brain just can't handle it for some reason.

A good and fun scenario. Balance isn't perfect, but the initiatives and concepts are interesting. I will say, there is a bug where sometimes a zone will become impossible to gather intel on, making the game unwinnable.

Some initiatives require appropriation for the scenario; otherwise, little of much to say.
