What you want to do is download GCFscape, make a new folder (i would call it dbd nemesis tank). Go into your addons folder then the workshop folder and you're gonna have to search for this mods file. If you found a photo that has this mods thumbnail then click on the file that's next to the thumbnail and paste the the folders in the file to the dbd nemesis tank folder. Go into the models folder and then if you see the files "hulk" "hulk_traincar" then you've found it. Delete the l4d1 and traincar (or it's dlc 3 i think) files then make a folder and copy and paste the normal hulk files there.
The odd arms are related to animation and rock throwing trajectory, so they can't change much.
Looks funny ingame though xD
Would be great to match Nemesis' mesh model to the Tank's shape model with bigger arms and torso, so he moves on all 4 like the Tank do.
