Just a note, this mod will work in the current version(I don't use the new DLC). The only bug I have noticed is that some tooltips are broken.

The Zombie faction(s) shouldn't be able to treaty or ally. They should just be attacking anyone nearby them and defeating them likewise should be an all or nothing deal. No puppet option for them, only annex or liberate the original states they took over.

I don't think the horde should use military factories or any industries. The horde should probably just continually sap the population from its provinces to make its units. Like one zombie division is a hundred thousand people and different variants of zombies cost ten times as more or something.

Say the zombies have a 100% conscription law and you set the mobilization speed to determine how fast a province is gobbled up. You could also have the zombies get better at finding survivors which increases mobilization speed or something. Would be better for the game's processing power too probably

This mod is great however after a few years of fighting the zombies ran out of equipment ... they need more military factorys. 215 was not enough to supply their 2.4k divisions. the had 215 mils and they owned the entire world except half of Europe. their was even a soviet uprising as the zombies seem unable to get any compliance in the states it takes. tho this could have been just that start of their lack of equipment issues.
