It crashes as soon as i try to line my ship to connect to the one of the base.

Doesn't seem to work. I see people saying it locks about a block apart. Maybe I'm just bad. I can't get it to lock at all. Shame because I really like the concept of this mod.

I don´t know why but I can´t connect base and ship... it stays blue all the time.

I am having the same issue. The Connectors seem to not have a wide enough range of connection. It takes me a few minutes of adjusting the ship to even have the two detect each other, and when they do, they lock at about 1 block distance from one another, making them useless as an airlock.

The connector uses electromagnetic attraction to create traction and locking, not magnetic levitation which using magnetic repulsion. This is how docking ports are expected to work in the near future with the AAReST docking system.
The main application of Magnetic Levitation or suspension is the use of magnetic force to counteract the effect of gravitation acceleration providing an upward force and overcoming frictional forces. Hence why the name MagLev has been used by certain train types that use the principles of magnetic levitation to hover and move forward via the use of a maglev actuator. This has been around since the early 1900s.
Maglev has also been proposed for launch vehicle systems for getting into space and many other applications such as a replacement for bearings in fan systems.
I think what your picking up on as "levitation" is where connector merging locks and doesn't appear to meet which is down to the game not an actual levitation effect.

@DarkLord - Magnetic levitation (maglev) or magnetic suspension is a method by which an object is suspended with no support other than magnetic fields. That is what the connector does.. Uses Magnetic fields to lock in place and dock a ship.

I kinda got that feeling about the h2/o2 generator as well. It doesn't quite have the same finesse to it as the rest. Also, the name of it is confusing to the players on my server.

I will enhance this mod over time. Also adding some new blocks for small grid and smaller large grid version.

@Stroichik yeah I'd have to agree, animations would go a far way even if it was something as simple as a fade in\out with a sound. Still l love the idea of a block based airlock and the ease of use via panels, the closes I have found to this it maintenance tunnels but the doors are really difficult to target.

Design is very cool. Wish u could add some animation to open/close door, though.
