- Make sure that none of the families are "scorned", ie they have enough jobs to make the families happy. Give them jobs as commanders of ships if you don't have enough government offices to give them.
I just would like to know how your civil war goes. I haven't made it past a generation without one after forming Israel. One of my generals and head of a family always betrays me and if I kill him then my son betrays me. So I would like to know how it goes for you.

I am guessing that they result automatically from the process of forming a "Tier 2" nation. Maybe it's like upgrading to a "Regional Power".
I think it's good to have a Mod like this.
