Why is it a big error for the bumble bee cannon

Yeah the vehicle modes don't have bones. How are we supposed to animate the wheels or transformations?

Fixed normal maps (turns out I've been doing them wrong) shading should look much nicer now

Why does the bumblebee model not work?

I don't think this works with Valve's biped simple. I tried attaching a rig and and it doesn't seem to want to attach.

@LetTric thanks for the info about Bumblebee. Try getting the alt mode from the DOTM game via Gmod. And while you're there, I wouldn't be made for Ironhide and Ratchet's vehicle mode. But once again, thank you for the Human Alliance characters. I didn't think porting those would be possible.

Ballistic, whenever you import a model, certain model structures often times happen like this, where it stays intact. However, for like Megatron, for example, the model would inflict known as the Structural Clipping Irritation Complex, or SISC for short. Basically, the model would act as if the entire structure is one. Because of that, many of its connectors to limbs and whatnot would begin to twist if you say turn the arm 45 degrees forward. The connector would twist causing some missing textures showing from the inside, and just gives you a bad headache, like what Letric's having right now.

Not a complaint but why aren't all the characters here? Is it just not possible to port some characters?
