It's not working fine in singleplayer. For example the battle of Caen, in the german campaign, not work and when I launch it, my game crash. Also in the "battle of caen" (where we have to choose a tank to do de mission), I can only move my tank and shoot with the mg. But I can't use the main gun of the tiger or of the panther. Why ?

On the skirmish singleplayer this mod 1.27 and also the mod 1.28 does not work. Why ?

Both Versions working fine in Singleplayer. Give me more Details and i can help you, it cannot work "sometimes" and "sometimes" not

It doesn't work in skirmish Singleplayer. It did at one point with the old version. I don't know why it works sometimes but not others in singleplayer

Please respect the orginal Modders and their hard work.
You can't please everyone, but i can understand you. Maybe next Update you`ll see it changed.
Reupload mainly focus older SP Missions Mods.

i very enjoy the way they make USA in 1.28.1 best nation economically by far, for 215 CP you can have marines with 3 machine guns and 2 grenadiers and 6 stars per every weapon, for 205 in Germans you have 5 stars on weapon and one machine gun, simple example, 2 armored squad riflemens were having equal firefight with 6 germans [ost front], and thats not noob crying, now i understand why there is this reupload, coz american kids were crying why their army isnt best, so when germans took 2 squads of equal fire power USA took 4. One more important thing Supershit m26e4 now can penetrate tiger 2 to the hull and every cannon that USA use has WP rounds, unbalanced shit is new update 1.28.1

Nothing got changed, just new Background Pic and new Musics.
Some Modders have Mods may not work(properly) on later Version.
