Open addonconfig.cfg file in l4d2 and change 1 to 0 as shown below.
Then, you can use the addon on the versus local server that you are the host.

you can just delete the corrections of infected/ghost in left4dead2/materials/correction

yes, but you can use this in single versus mutation.
and if you edit addonconfig.cfg, you can use addons on versus mode.
