i think i broke it
* Join a server that's hosting it. This is easiest!
* Start a dedicated server with the mod specified on the command line. This might only work with the actual dedicated server (in Steam -> Library -> Tools -> Chivalry: Medieval Warfare Dedicated Server)
dedicated server files:
./UDKGameServer-Linux aoctd-frigid_p?modname=giantslayers -sdkfileid=226726898
client files, add -server, but again it might not work...:
./UDKGame-Linux -server aoctd-frigid_p?modname=giantslayers -sdkfileid=226726898
no way around it??
im not given the option to open the launcher so that i can download addons
@PointlessPencil:
No launch options?
@Tired_David / @Catman:
Could the difference be the first of you launching an "Online" game (listen server), and the other launching "Offline" (standalone)? I could look into it.
Any news on when FFA will be fixed? It sucks having to populate a server every time I want to play it, and hopefully everyone votes a non-FFA map next.
Great work on the mod!!!
