Perfect for small west coast port cities many of which were in their prime around this time period. currently many of them are becoming gentrified so this will work perfectly. To good to pass up.

Your assets just keep getting better and better! Great use of normal mapping and alpha mapping. It's the small details that count and there are tons of it on this asset.
