You need to draw invisible paths over it for the pedestrians to use.

so unless there is some mod im missing this is non functional as a real footbridge. It's nice looking but there no peds that use it.

great to see workshop stuff being made from your own town. I forgot what this bridge looks like before it was chopped up and surrounded by construction for years
