That may have something to do with your shader settings or conflicting mods. Do you have any shader mods installed?

I'm getting these awful bands of blue in the skybox. I love the light settings, but It's a shame i can't take pictures without being distracted by them.

Could be a difference in monitor configuration. But it's very difficult to see at night.

The screenshots are unaltered, are you sure you don't have any other renderer or lighting mods?

I love this mod but the skybox doesn't seem as bright as the screenshots show. Is it because I also have enabled 1289657379 (screen gunk be gone)? I think if I had a more powerful suit light, it would help with the darkness. I literally can't see anything on the dark side of an asteroid.

Can I add this skybox to a existing map server or do I need to create a new world with this skybox in it?

Maybe in the future, but it's a decent amount of work even compared to planets and i'm so far happy with this one.

i have been asked to post a brighter custom skybox lighting mod and have used your skybox in a comparison screenshot (with your mod's title and author overlayed as text)

i have not included your skybox in the mod (of course!), but since i am using your mod in the picture i wanted to make sure you are ok with that
