Cant get out of dock, capzizes by starting it.

The ship is very slow and it tips over a lot

It cap sizes when you are not being a good driver- aka when still trying to get out to the ocean, maybe keep the speed slow, so for me I would give this ship a 10/10

It keeps Capsizing aka Flipping over so I give it a 7.6 out of 10 because it doesn't just flip when I spawn it

Good ship. But it capsizes way to easy.

Hurricane Declan, head down to the bottom of the after stairwell and go through the doors on the aft wall at the bottom of the stairs. You should see a hinged door to the right, head through that and down the stairs. There you should find the Engine Control Room. Turn on the coolan and fuel pumps, then turn the keys to start both engines. Then make you way up to the bridge and throttle up the main throttle and the clutch to start the ship on her way.

Depends on how the sea trials go. I have to put her though her paces and make sure she's up to snuff. The goal is to get it out within the next week.
