great mod! it is actually very usefull for the "convert to vicII" mod that uses embraced institutions as a modifier. Thanks!

No i dont want anything im just saying.

You want a version of this mod that just gives the tech group a flat debuff ?

That does the same as what this mod does but make it more gamey.

and it will make sense anyway even if you gonna play with both mods imo

And by the way, it would be a good idea for a mod to make it actual gradual TECH cost increase for non-euros

uuhhmmm just naming it "institution" instead of "tech"?
Aaronthelemon  [author] 26 Dec, 2020 @ 3:30pm
How is it clickbait.
It increases the cost of tech gradually by causing it to spread to non euros slower.

Theres like 2 or 3 mods that just do a flat debuff on the tech groups like how it used to be before institutions, if thats what you're looking for.

Feel free to suggest a better name if you want.

the mod has nothing to do with tech cost increase why do you clickbaiit

I made it with Vic2 conversions in mind. However after testing I've noticed even with the large debuffs the rest of the world still catch up in the late game.

I'm hoping to update today which should balance out the late game.

Will this work well with a mega campaign? I'm trying to find some mods to make the EU4-VIC2 conversion more realistic.

@CelcoLevi due to the amount of institutions and unique tech groups extended timelines adds No.

This compatible with Extended Timeline?
