Thanks for the response, this helps explain things. The rebalances are certainly interesting, and I have been enjoying my time with the mod so far, although I am confused by the prevalence of random target skills.

Place the fourth hero so that you can deal with the Siren and Hag easier.(To some extent,this is a sacrifice.)And the fouth hero can still use her camping skills.(Scrounge 1 more trinket by Antiquarian!)
While the message shows,close it and click the candles in the bottom right,select "Options","Gameplay",''Quest Warnings" ,then you can remove it in all this profile(But still shows in other profiles)

I started a very lightly modded save with all DLC enabled and I could still place a hero in the fourth slot and enter a mission. Only other gameplay tweak was "No More Heroes".
Additionally, please remove the "Grave danger awaits for the under-prepared" message from the base game which always appears when you attempt to enter a mission with only 3 characters.
