No plans at the moment. Busy with an upcoming Bretonnia mod. Perhaps I'll revisit in the new year.

allrighty, thanks for the clarification. one other thing, are there any plans to make this work with the popular "A Blackbriar Topiary (Ranged Treemen and Dryads)" mod so you can upgrade the new units? would be nice to have if possible :steamhappy:

The upgrades are intended to be permanent. The string that mentions purchasing another upgrade is from the scrap mechanic and I have been unable to replace/remove it.

great mod, thanks. i have one little problem though. i cant change the upgrades once i equiped one which is quite sad because i would love to change them before some battles. it always says "already equipped. Purchase another upgrade to replace" to all 3 available options (to the one i chose + the two others).

it doesn't switch to gold only (just adds gold as an extra cost for the upgrade)

i put this on the gold submod as well but the cost is only being switched to gold for tree spirit units

If you can't get amber to show alongside your modded in resource, how did you take the screenshots that show that its there? Sorcery?

just asking kindly if you would make a submod for "Wood Elves Eternal Guard Mod - Version 6" as this mod expands the woodelves roster by only some units which gives a little bit more diversity to the woodelves.

In my campaign when I take a settlement and choose the option to get amber ... but I dont get amber with Orion at the first minor settlement Karak Buhfdar.
Altough I have a lot of mods activated ...the only one I can imagine making troubles is Woodelves enhanced and its submods...if that could be the case

The Amber is still there and is collected as normal. It's just my Moonspring Crystals resource icon replaces it on the ui. This is a known issue with the engine where it only displays one resource icon on the toolbar. You should still be able to see how much Amber you have in the top left of the technology screen.

Anyway, just reporting that the both mods work together. Apparently the upgrades don't overwrite each other and you get both of them at the same time

Thanks for the balance suggestions and the general feedback. The unique resource is missing due to a limitation of the game engine in that it can only show one resource at a time. I am looking into an addition to the ui to show the number of Moonsspring Crystals.

Forgot to say, 3 MA or MD is pretty weak too compared to some of the other effects. Maybe make it +5 or +3/+3?

Some things that come to mind balancing wise:

Wardancer WS buff is straight up better than Bladesinger WS buff, since it's not only full AP, but also 5 vs 3.5-4 from the 10% bladesinger buff. Consider swapping it or buffing the bladesinger buff?

Great Stag Knight armor buff is the only one really worth it (and it's really good). 10% charge (Thunderous Strides) is 7 charge bonus which is nothing. Maybe a 20% charge bonus instead? Or a flat charge bonus of ~15 to actually make it viable.

There rest are pretty good I think, and there is a lot variety but these are the ones I would probably never choose if I had the choice (it's especially painful for bladesinger because it almost makes it worth it to keep Wardancers)

If you ever feel like it, some more cool unique effects for certain units would probably be really cool too. Like a special contact effect for Waydancers for example.

Could be. I use the latest version of Rusted Pack File Manager. Find it more stable than the PFM.

unit_purchase_effect_sets is highlighted in red and doesn't show anything thus I am unable to edit or add entries.

Even the Data file shows the same thing, is it because my PFM is still version 5.13?

I removed the upgrade for them as it would also show for Durthu and it got messy with six options there. If you want to add them back in then you will need to edit the unit_purchase_effect_sets table and add the following records.

In your "change notes" which states you removed the upgrade from them, just wondering if I can edit something to add them back?

On the other hand, the cost of the aspect is too high, I rather use normal upgrade if I have the option anyway.

If I only have this mod, it works perfectly. Only when I have over 300 mods activated then the aspect doesn't work anymore.

Just wondering how do I enable the upgrade for the tree units like before?

My upgrades do not override Aspects which were added by the patch,

Elves Upgrades: Orion, Sisters, Durthu and Drycha
Monsters Upgrades: Drycha
Tree Spirits Upgrades: Durthu and Drycha (Orion and Sisters get nothing for Tree Spirits)

Do I understand it correctly that this works in parallel to the new Aspects? So tree units don't get any of your upgrades? And how does this work for Orion and the Sisters? Do their Dryads, Treemen, etc get these upgrades or do they get Aspects or neither?

Was going to, but it turns out that it is not needed. Because it is based on a Dryad or Treeman it seems to inherit the new Tree Spirit Aspect upgrades when using Drycha or Durthu.

New version 1.02 updated for the Twisted and the Twilight patch. Note that the Moonspring Crystals no longer show due to a limitation of the game engine showing multiple pooled resources on the top bar.

I am currently looking at adding a new UI panel to display the Moonspring Crystals.

Just looking at the mod and there is no requirement for a bowyer's vault added by it. Only references to buildings are for Moonspring crystals on Garrison level 3 and levels 4 and 5 of the Oak of Ages.

I am currently playing through a campaign as the Sisters. Have noticed a few issues that I need to resolve, and will release an update to address them and add in new dlc units in a few days.

Will also release a sub-mod version to add upgrades for the new Ranged Tree Spirits mod that has recently appeared on the workshop.

Any chance for an update? It's just the requirement for a bowyer's vault that needs to be removed on a couple of units, other than that it works fine.
