This has been an issue for a while now but, the old version of blanc noir was so better the fish didnt go over 9000 mph and you could change the play back speed/rate, if there is a way to make the fish slower please notify me. Thanks

For those who experience fishes moving really fast, maybe try changing the wallpaper to another wallpaper, wait and then try to change it back.

I want a version of this where I can both change the color of the wallpaper like this one and slow down or speed up the wallpaper because it is a little fast.
