My apologies, but the addon still works. The only issue is that it requires multicore rendering to be off. Perhaps you should add that to the description of this mod?

The only GTASA vehicles that supports this mod to my knowledge are not released. Can’t really help there. The pack available on the workshop do not support this mod. If the mod creators wanted to add support they can.

Yes DTVars are per entity, but you could always create a custom entity and parent it to the main ent and network off of that. Nothing in gmod/source networking is ideal but you just have to create a way around it to get it working how you want.

I thought about network variables like that but I am unsure if I'd end up breaking addons like LFS or Simfphys that utilize those variables or really anything else that does. The slot stuff scares me a bit. Don't want to overwrite something on an entity and break it just so a player sees some colors.
Unless DTVars are something else I've not heard of and I got mixed up.

People joining after the stuff has already been applied is a long standing issue in gmod/source engine that's never been addressed. You have to network all the current info to the client but you can't just do it at initial spawn or the client will get disconnected from a buffer overflow error. A way around this is to use the DTVars stuff which will update clients once the entity is created on their client aka they enter PVS with the entity.
