The name makes me want it. But the hat is kinda ugly.

Like every hat in the game, they are entirely cosmetic and do not affect game-play in any shape or form.

this hat is pretty cool altho arok got a point, how the hell can the soldier see like this? i mean at some hats he had a small chance of seeing anything, but now tehre is 0% chance he can see something from point blanc
