I think it is missing this garage - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=528966232
It's A shame too-they are quite beautiful buildings. They would of fit my Old Town in my City I'm currently working on. Oh well...

I've never used the advanced building level mod so I was never able to recreate the problem. Good job finding that.
I'm not saying you, the mod author, need to try and figure out how to solve this issue, as it can easily be avoided by users putting some random level 1 buildings in a district theme with HAHP houses*, (as I've seen no problems when they're upgraded from other buildings,) but a warning somewhere on this page might be justifiable. If only to stop people complaining about it in the comment section.
* I personally recommend BoldlyBuilding's "Eclectic Construction L1 2x3" and "Eclectic Construction L1 2x4" (using other-sized lots will result in them not growing, so be careful) if anyone other than the author of HAHP is reading this.
But again, hopefully I didn't take up too much of your time, and a sensational job on all these houses and more!

I know many other people and I would greatly appreciate it if you were to add it to the collection.
Regardless, thank you for the incredible houses, absolutely stunning!
and... while I'm here, I thought I may as well do some sleuthing into that "disappearing foundation" issue a few other people seem to be having.
I did see it once before, where the foundation was seemingly set back a few meters under one house, but placing the houses down manually using the "Find It 2" mod by sway resulted in all the houses having normal foundations.
