someone else made a morshu rivals character recently I think and it is really really really well made and fun to play

this morshu was mainly a test character but yeah it isnt the greatest and again im planning to make a new morshu someday. i might buff this morshu a little bit though

Can we please get a Morshu buff/overhaul? He has way to small hitboxes and the lamp oil does next to nothing!
