Sure, but I probably won't upload them until I'm closer to finishing my original mesh. That's still a few weeks away.

no dlc required -- just skyrim. If you want the housecarls to ride them, you'll need a different mod for that. I think this one might work. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15225/?

can house carls also ride this as theirs or is it just dragonborn owned only ? also that reminds me, its just skyrim or do you need the any or all 3 dlc to use , just asking

Go to Riften. Inside the Bee and Barb you'll find Louis Letrush(sp?). Talk to him, steal the horse (Frost) and at the end of it, bribe/intimidate/convince/ kill him. Then Frost is yours.
