-NO, this is not some chinese clone and it isn't going to steal all your stuff or destroy your computer.

-This addon is a direct port of the ACF 2 Mod from the ACF 2 Github. It is the most recent version of ACF 2.

-That is not to say it is the most recent ACF version, since then ACF 3 has been developed and released and is available on the ACF 3 Github.

-This port of ACF 2 runs fine with no issues.

-There has been a single change to this addon, all the change does is make the update checker report that it is the most up to date version of ACF. Of course this isn't true, but it isn't going to cause any issues when using the mod.

Yes, like I said it from the official Github. It is also updated and this saves a LOT of time for server owners and clients. Also, like I said, it is open source so please feel free to review the code.

This isn't either the official or a trusted distribution of ACF. Nor is it kept up to date most likely, just copied. Get it in the official github, where the updates are directly issued:

That is directly where the addon came from, please feel free to look through the source code. There is no backdoor nor will there ever be. Did you know steam workshop also actively scans for backdoors and automatically bans the addon per detection? I believe they ban the user from uploading to the workshop if I remember the TOS correctly. Your concern is appreciated though!
