This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

@Author Hey, for some reason the buildings are now showing up for me for any of your assets, neither through the RICO panel nor the Find it, are you aware of any buggy mods that conflict with these assets?
